4. Spring and other elastic parts
In the process of use, the spring is one of the parts of the mold that is easy to be damaged, usually there will be fracture and deformation, then we need to replace it in time, but in the process of replacement, we need to pay attention to the specifications and models of the spring, which can be judged by color, outside diameter and length. Only when these three parameters are the same can we replace them.

On the mold, most of the punch and punch sleeve used are standard parts. When using the mold, it is easy to break, bend and chew. The same specifications can be used to replace the parts.
6. Tighten the parts
Check whether the secured parts are loose or damaged. If they are damaged, replace them in time.
