About History
Dongmo (Hebei) Mould Co., Ltd. , established in May 2024, is a subsidiary of Fucheng Dongfang Mould Factory (founded in 2001). We provide advanced mould solutions for industries including home appliances, hardware, construction, medical devices, automotive, high-speed rail, and aerospace. Our business scope covers industrial metal stamping dies, deep drawing dies, hardware stamping dies, automotive stamping dies, metal stamping parts manufacturing, and heavy-duty industrial metal stamping parts.
(In March 2020, we set up Hengshui Dongmo Precision Metal Products Co., Ltd. and opened a foreign currency account.)

About Factory
The factory leverages advanced technologies and specializes in the R&D, design, and manufacturing of stamping molds and stamped parts. With over 20 years of experience in stamping die design and production, we have developed deep expertise in sheet metal stretching, punching, bending, forming, and other complex mold-making processes.
Mold Design Team
Our team is led by a senior chief engineer with 40 years of mold design experience, supported by young engineers who are graduates of renowned institutions with professional design backgrounds. They are highly skilled in CAD/CAM/CAE applications.
Mold Processing Equipment
We are equipped with CNC machining centers, CNC wire-cutting machines, CNC electrical discharge forming machines, lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other high-precision finishing equipment.
Stamping & Forming Equipment
Our press shop includes hydraulic stretch-forming presses of 700T, 630T, 500T, 315T, 200T, 160T, and 100T, along with various tonnage mechanical presses.
Cutting Equipment
We have both 2D and 3D CNC laser cutting machines.
Quality Assurance
Our technical leaders - including product development engineers, mold engineers, and team heads - each have over ten years of industry experience.
We perform full-cycle quality checks from product concept to prototype testing.
We use standardized parts and production processes to ensure high performance, precision, and consistency.
Our molds are guaranteed for a service life of no less than 500,000 strokes.

Customer Service
Pre-sales Service
We offer free technical consultation services and can provide company profiles and product manufacturing qualification certificates. We sincerely invite customers to visit our stamping processing plant to learn about stamping product design, stamping die manufacturing, stamping production processes, prototypes, testing equipment, and our quality management system. We can arrange for customers to visit existing users to collect feedback on the actual use of stamping dies or stamped parts.
Production Process and Delivery
During the production process, we invite customers to inspect key stamping process progress and provide relevant technical personnel and stamping test results. We offer free on-site installation guidance unconditionally. Before shipping stamped products, we conduct comprehensive performance testing and provide written test reports, manuals, and certificates. If needed, we will conduct verification and supplementary testing with you until acceptance standards are met. We will provide professional stamping technology training for your installation and maintenance personnel.
After-sales Service
Our standard warranty period is 3 months, covering any failures caused by manufacturing defects, provided your operation meets our specified conditions. During the warranty period, we will provide replacement parts free of charge. After the warranty period, we will continue to provide timely, cost-effective support and spare parts services.
