Dongmo (Hebei) Mold Co., Ltd. is a modern enterprise specializing in the design, manufacturing, and technical services of precision stamping dies. We are committed to providing high-quality stamping die solutions for the automotive, home appliance, electronics, hardware, medical, and aerospace industries, helping our clients improve production efficiency and product quality. The company is located in the High-tech Zone of Hengshui City, Hebei Province, with a factory area of 4,500 square meters.
Our parent company, Fucheng County Dongfang Mold Factory, evolved from Fucheng County Stamping Parts Factory established in May 1986. Renamed Fucheng County Dongfang Mold Factory in March 2001, it is a high-end equipment parts manufacturing enterprise dedicated to the research and development of advanced forming technology, die design and manufacturing, forming processing manufacturing, and performance testing and evaluation in the aerospace, automotive, high-speed rail, medical, and construction fields. Located in the historic town of Gucheng in Fucheng County, the company enjoys a superior environment and convenient transportation, covering an area of 11,000 square meters with a building area of over 5,600 square meters.
In December 2024, Dongmo (Hebei) Mould Co., Ltd. opened a foreign currency account to conduct international business and officially obtained the automatic import license for goods approved by the Ministry of Commerce, which marks the official opening of the compliant circulation channel for the company's corresponding categories of imported goods.

Manufacturing
We conduct in-depth research on material properties and mold materials, selecting mold steels suitable for different stamping requirements to improve mold lifespan and stamping performance. We optimize mold design to enhance product performance and service life. Advanced software is used for simulation optimization to predict forming effects, shortening the design cycle by 30%, reducing design costs by 25%, and improving design efficiency and quality. Our team of experienced mold designers can meet diverse product needs.
Debugging
Equipped with dozens of CNC machining centers, we achieve precision machining of molds. We employ slow wire EDM and other machining methods to ensure mold machining accuracy. We have a professional mold debugging team capable of quickly completing mold installation, debugging, and optimization. Through mold trial feedback, we quickly correct mold designs to ensure the quality of stamped products.
Improvements
A rigorous quality control system is in place, overseeing the entire process from raw material procurement to finished product delivery to ensure product quality. The quality complaint rate is below 0.1%, setting an industry quality benchmark.

About Factory
The factory leverages advanced technologies and specializes in the R&D, design, and manufacturing of stamping molds and stamped parts. With over 20 years of experience in stamping die design and production, we have developed deep expertise in sheet metal stretching, punching, bending, forming, and other complex mold-making processes.
Mold Design Team
Our team is led by a senior chief engineer with 40 years of mold design experience, supported by young engineers who are graduates of renowned institutions with professional design backgrounds. They are highly skilled in CAD/CAM/CAE applications.
Mold Processing Equipment
We are equipped with CNC machining centers, CNC wire-cutting machines, CNC electrical discharge forming machines, lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other high-precision finishing equipment.
Stamping & Forming Equipment
Our press shop includes hydraulic stretch-forming presses of 700T, 630T, 500T, 315T, 200T, 160T, and 100T, along with various tonnage mechanical presses.
Cutting Equipment
We have both 2D and 3D CNC laser cutting machines.

Our molds serve appliances, building, automotive, metal stamping, medical, aviation, and high-speed railway sectors. We design and manufacture molds for automotive manufacturers including Beiqi Futian, Changan Ford, Shenyang Golden Cup, Shaanqi, and Jianghuai, as well as for Hebei Yile Heating Co., Ltd., Hanken (Tianjin) Electric Co., Ltd. Pre-sales Service
We offer free technical consultation services and can provide company profiles and product manufacturing qualification certificates. We sincerely invite customers to visit our stamping processing plant to learn about stamping product design, stamping die manufacturing, stamping production processes, prototypes, testing equipment, and our quality management system. We can arrange for customers to visit existing users to collect feedback on the actual use of stamping dies or stamped parts.
Production Process and Delivery
During the production process, we invite customers to inspect key stamping process progress and provide relevant technical personnel and stamping test results. We offer free on-site installation guidance unconditionally. Before shipping stamped products, we conduct comprehensive performance testing and provide written test reports, manuals, and certificates. If needed, we will conduct verification and supplementary testing with you until acceptance standards are met. We will provide professional stamping technology training for your installation and maintenance personnel.
After-sales Service
Our standard warranty period is 3 months, covering any failures caused by manufacturing defects, provided your operation meets our specified conditions. During the warranty period, we will provide replacement parts free of charge. After the warranty period, we will continue to provide timely, cost-effective support and spare parts services.
