Matters needing attention in mold processing
(1) Concise process preparation, detailed expression, processing content as far as possible numerical expression;
(2) processing key and difficult points, the process should be emphasized;
(3) Need to combine processing, public welfare express clearly;
(4) When inserts need to be processed separately, pay attention to the process requirements of machining accuracy;
(5) After combined processing, insert parts that need to be processed separately, the basic requirements of process installation and processing separately during combined processing;
(6) The spring is the most easily damaged in mold processing, so we should choose the mold spring with a long fatigue life.
