1, cold welding machine mold repair
The principle of cold welder is to use the principle of high-frequency electrical discharge to carry out non-hot surfacing on the workpiece to repair the surface defects and wear of the metal mold. The main characteristics are small heat-affected area, no deformation, no annealing, no stress concentration, no cracks after the mold repair, to ensure the integrity of the mold; It can also be used to strengthen the surface of the workpiece of the mold, to achieve the wear resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance and so on.

2, brush plating repair
Brush plating technology is a special DC power supply equipment, the positive electrode of the power supply is connected with the plating pen, as the anode of brush plating; The negative electrode of the power supply is connected to the workpiece, which is used as the cathode during brush plating. The plating pen is usually made of high purity fine graphite block as the anode material. The graphite block is coated with cotton and wear-resistant poly-cotton sleeve.

3, laser surfacing repair
Laser welding is a welding process which uses high power coherent monochromatic photon stream focusing laser beam as heat source.

4. Laser cladding technology
Laser surface cladding technology, under the action of laser beam, the alloy powder or ceramic powder and the substrate surface is rapidly heated and melted, the beam is removed after self-cooling to form a very low dilution rate, with the substrate material metallurgical combination of surface coating, so as to significantly improve the wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, oxidation resistance and electrical properties of the substrate surface.
