1. Mold base: The mold base is the load-bearing component of the stamping mold and has load capacity and position control functions. 2. Upper template: The upper template is tightly fixed above the mold frame and is one of the most important parts of the stamping die. It is usually custom-made from steel and is equipped with punching holes, shearing openings, forming bosses and other structural forms. .


3. Lower template: The lower template is installed below the mold frame and is the working part of the punch mold. It usually consists of a pressure plate and a bottom plate, and is equipped with rows of holes, guide posts and guide bushes. The bottom plate also needs to be installed with clamping grooves or clamping blocks to make it more stable to install on the formwork.
