This square tube guardrail punching die accommodates common tube sizes such as 25×25mm to 60×60mm with wall thicknesses up to 3mm. The horizontal punch units are mounted on hardened slide ways and are actuated by press ram motion via wedge or lever systems. The internal mandrel, precisely matched to the tube's inner profile, retracts the slugs and prevents dents on the opposite wall.

Main punches and die bushings are fabricated from high-speed steel (M2/SKH51) and precision-ground. A centralized grease manifold lubricates all sliding components. The die features replaceable wear plates and guides for long service life. With the square tube guardrail punching die, holes can be punched on all four faces in one stroke, greatly reducing handling time and ensuring perfect assembly alignment.

The die can be customized to different hole diameters, spacing, and number of holes per stroke. It is compatible with standard mechanical or hydraulic presses.
