Designed specifically for automotive outer door panels, this automotive door panel stamping die integrates drawing, trimming, piercing, and flanging operations in a tandem or transfer press line. The drawing die is equipped with multi-point cushion pins and adjustable blank holder force to control material flow precisely, eliminating cracking and springback. Advanced simulation software was used to validate the forming process before machining, reducing tryout time.

The die uses Mo-Cr alloy cast iron for the main body, which absorbs impact and ensures structural stability. Working components like punch edges and trim steels are made of SKD11 or DC53 with PVD coating for high durability. All forming surfaces are hand-polished and the cavity is chrome-plated to achieve a mirror finish, guaranteeing a flawless painted surface on the final part.

We provide a complete turnkey package including die design, casting, machining, and tryout at our facility with a customer-provided stamping press or equivalent. A full dimensional report and Class-A surface scan data are delivered with each die.
