Material & Drawability Control: We use specially tempered O‑state aluminum coils with high elongation to achieve a deep draw ratio of 2.2. Before drawing, blanks are pre‑lubricated and the blank edge is rounded to prevent fracturing. Precise control of blank holder force eliminates earing defects, ensuring a flat cut‑off rim after trimming.

Production Line Process: High‑speed transfer presses with independent rams perform drawing, ironing, and bottom forming. Each station is monitored by acoustic emission sensors that instantly detect fracture or wrinkles and stop the press. The cans are then automatically trimmed and cleaned in‑line to remove drawing lubricant.

Post‑Processing & Testing: We offer electrolyte cleaning, anodizing, and silk screening. Quality tests include helium leak detection, burst pressure testing, and laser micrometer wall‑thickness scan at four points every hour. Parts are packed in honeycomb cardboard trays with electrostatic protection for safe transportation.
