In case of an emergency during the operation of stamping equipment, the emergency shutdown procedure must be followed immediately and correctly to prevent secondary accidents caused by panic. After pressing, the button must be kept pressed to ensure the equipment completely stops. It is strictly forbidden to release the button or restart the equipment. At the same time, loudly warn nearby personnel to prevent accidental operation.

After the equipment is shut down, check for potential hazards according to the procedure. Only proceed with further handling after confirming safety. First, turn off the main power supply to the equipment and unplug the power cord to prevent accidental restart. Then observe the equipment status and investigate the cause of the emergency shutdown. If it is due to jammed material, use special tools to clean the waste material inside the mold. It is strictly forbidden to touch the mold or workpiece directly with your hands. If it is due to equipment malfunction, check the clutch, brake, wiring, and other components, and record the fault symptoms. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble and repair the machine without authorization. During the entire process, wear personal protective equipment and maintain concentration.

After the hazard has been addressed, the equipment must be restarted according to regulations to ensure a safe and orderly resumption of production. First, check that all equipment components are functioning properly, that the molds are secure and accurately positioned, and that the emergency stop button has been reset. Once all safety hazards are confirmed, connect the power supply, start the equipment, and run it at a low speed for a trial run. Observe the equipment's operating status; if there are no abnormal noises or jams, gradually resume normal production speed. Simultaneously, record the emergency shutdown and handling details in the equipment operation log, and conduct regular reviews to prevent similar problems from recurring.
