Micro-stamping, as a core process for the precision forming of micro-sized parts, directly determines the assembly performance and reliability of the final product through its dimensional accuracy and geometric tolerances. To achieve stable and consistent precision forming results, a systematic precision control system must be established across multiple dimensions, including molds, processes, materials, and inspection.

Mold structure and manufacturing precision are the core prerequisites for dimensional control in micro-stamping. The mold cavity, punch-die clearance, and positioning structure must be precisely machined according to design tolerances. Using precision inspection methods such as coordinate measuring machines and laser non-contact measurement, key dimensions of stamped parts are monitored in batches. Process parameters and die conditions are adjusted in real time based on measured deviations, achieving high-precision and stable micro-stamping production.
