Process: The die has a symmetrical design; the V-groove width can be changed by swapping the lower insert, adapting to different material thicknesses. Key curved surfaces are CNC form-ground to ensure precise corner radii. For stainless steel bending, the punch radii are polished to prevent surface marking. Mechanical flip-type positioning stops on both upper and lower sections ensure accurate blank placement. A press brake or hydraulic press is used, with stroke controlled by limit blocks to guarantee bending angle repeatability within ±0.3°. This simplified die structure offers high changeover efficiency and can produce various bent parts.
