Material: The blanking punch is made of SLD-Magic cold work die steel, and the drawing cavity insert is made of HPM-Magic mirror-finish steel, polished to Ra 0.01μm. Die plates are electroless nickel-plated for corrosion protection. Guide bushings are needle roller bearings with retainers. All aluminum sheets are processed with protective PE film.

Process: The process flow is: blanking → shallow drawing → side piercing → trimming → sizing, executed in a progressive die layout. All cavities contacting the product are polished with diamond paste and regularly inspected for surface quality. To prevent aluminum adhesion, cutting edges are kept sharp with a slightly larger clearance, and a volatile stamping oil is used during drawing. The die features integrated compressed air blow-off and a vacuum dust extraction interface. After tryout, casing contours are checked against 3D data using blue light scanning. Finished stamped parts are transferred directly to the anodizing line, achieving a consistent matte or high-gloss surface.
