Even if the load does not exceed the theoretical limit, the cumulative effect of prolonged high-load operation will significantly advance the onset of fatigue cracks. When fatigue cracks progress from minute to significant, the die's precision rapidly diminishes, resulting in stamped products exhibiting dimensional deviations, burrs, and deformation. This directly leads to a sharp drop in product yield, resulting in a large number of defective products that not only waste raw materials but also delay order delivery and damage the company's reputation.
