Stamping Process Capability: We process aluminum sheet from 0.8 mm to 4.0 mm thickness. Using combination progressive‑transfer tooling, we can form heat sink fins, countersinks, and half‑shear features in one setup. Material grain direction is closely controlled to minimize warping and springback, delivering consistently flat mounting surfaces.

In‑House Surface Finishing: After stamping, parts are deburred and can go directly to our automatic anodizing line offering clear, black, or colored finishes per customer requirements. We also provide epoxy powder coating with UV resistance for outdoor luminaires. Full finishing certificates including film thickness and salt spray test reports are provided.

Inspection & Protective Packaging: All enclosures undergo 100% visual inspection under 3000 lux LED panels. Dimensional spot checks are done with a laser scanner. Parts are packed in transparent PET trays with antistatic foam, then placed in double‑wall export cartons to prevent deformation during sea freight.
