The production process of stamping dies mainly includes the following steps:
1. Product introduction: According to the product information provided by the customer and the relevant technical requirements of the mold, confirm the performance, size, tolerance and feasibility of the product opening. Expand according to the product drawings provided by the customer, arrange the material strip, discuss and determine the design plan, and consider multiple factors such as material utilization, product passability, and product forming process.
2. Mold design: After the arrangement is determined, you can start designing the mold, draw the template and part drawings. Review the designed mold drawings, and if there are no errors, you can make the mold.
3.The mold manufacturing process is as follows:
1. Perform CNC programming and program verification.
2. Perform preliminary machining of the raw material.
3. Perform marking and drilling operations on the raw material.
4. Perform rough machining and semi-fine machining steps.
5. Heat treat the mold material to improve its physical properties.
6. Complete fine machining to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface finish of the mold.
7. Assemble all parts into a complete mold and make necessary additional components.
8. Test the mold and make corresponding adjustments based on the test results.
9. The mold that has passed the inspection will be put into storage and put into use.
