Press Mould For Vehicle Door Inner Panels

This mould is tailored to shape the inner structure of a car door, complete with reinforcing beads and mounting holes. You load a pre-cut sheet, and after one press stroke, the panel is trimmed, pierced, and formed into its final contour. The panel is then ready for the next assembly stage without secondary cutting.

We build the mould from high-grade cast iron with tool steel inserts at high-wear areas.

The rib-forming sections are vented to let air escape, avoiding deformation. A smart lifter design helps release the formed panel gently, keeping the visible surfaces scratch-free.

Because the panel comes off the press with accurate hole positions, it fits perfectly with outer panels and lock mechanisms during welding assembly. That reduces rework on the line and shortens the overall body-in-white build time. The mould is also compatible with most mechanical and hydraulic press machines found in auto plants.
