What is a filter absorber?
A filter absorber is a filtration device used to filter toxic, radioactive dust from infected cyclones. Points to use filter absorbers:
1. When installing the device, ensure that the air flow direction is consistent with the device requirements.
2. For the filter absorber installed on the ventilation pipe, the valve before and after the filter absorber should be closed when it is not in use. When not used for a long time, remove the filter absorber and install the inlet and outlet sealing baffle. It is not suitable to connect with the ventilation system at ordinary times, so as not to fail due to humidity.
3. The pressure difference measurement tube should be set on the rear tube of the filter absorber, and connected with the miniature pressure gauge to measure the pressure difference before and after the filter (i.e., resistance). By measuring the resistance change of the filter, the filtration ability of the filter suction device can be mastered in time.
4. The filter absorber cannot be stored with acid, alkali, disinfectant, smoke agent, etc. So as not to damage the interior materials and render them useless. The filtration room should be kept clean and dry, and moisture-proof.
