The gas cooker mould mounts into a hydraulic press. An operator slides a flat sheet onto guide rails, then the ram comes down. Multiple piercing punches cut the burner and knob openings, while shear blades trim the panel profile at the same moment. The sheet remains flat because the pad holds it firmly until the operation finishes.

Tool steel inserts give the cutting edges enough hardness to stay sharp through thousands of panels. Springs are arranged to lift the panel after each stroke without scratching the surface. A visual check of punch tips at the start of the shift lets the team catch any dulling early, which avoids rough edges and unexpected stops.

Built for common two-burner and four-burner layouts, this gas cooker mould fits many standard appliance panel sizes. It runs smoothly on presses between 80 and 150 tons.
