Process: The process sequence is: blanking → first draw → second draw → sizing → piercing → trimming. The die design features a double-cavity drawing die with internal water-cooling channels for temperature control. Each station has independent guide pillars. During manufacturing, die cavities are high-speed milled and then hand-polished to a mirror finish for smooth material flow. Assembly is performed in a temperature-controlled environment, with coaxiality verified on a CMM. In production, drawing lubricant is automatically sprayed, and scrap is ejected through chutes. Finished shell cylindricity reaches 0.03mm, making the die perfect for refrigerator and air conditioner compressor housings.
