Material: Punch and die inserts are made of Japanese Fuji VF10 cemented carbide. The die set uses high-strength S50C steel plates. Guide pillars feature ball-bearing retainers with copper alloy bushes. The stripper plate is made of deep-cryogenically treated SKD11. The interlaminar insulation coating is non-stick.
Process: Core technologies include twist-stack riveting and rotary indexing mechanisms. Each station cavity is machined on a coordinate grinding machine to ±1μm accuracy. Precision riveting bosses control lamination thickness and interlock force. Slow wire EDM with multiple trim cuts ensures exceptionally sharp cutting edges. The die is assembled on a die set machined by Mitsui Seiki and undergoes dynamic balancing for high-speed operation. Production is carried out on a Bruderer high-speed press with automatic coil feed and scrap cutting. Finished cores are output directly without secondary riveting. The entire line features online monitoring to control stamping force and stack height in real-time, ensuring core quality.
