1. Touch Inspection: Wipe the surface of the stamped part with a clean gauze cloth. The inspector, wearing gloves, with fingers together, uses their fingertips to touch the surface longitudinally along the stamped part, feeling for unevenness. This method relies on the inspector's experience. It can check for defects such as deformation, dents, pits, indentations, and wrinkles.

2. Oilstone Polishing: First, clean the surface of the stamped part. Select an appropriate size oilstone according to the location, such as a large oilstone (50x25x200mm) or a small oilstone (10x10x100mm). Polish using the weight of the oilstone. Use a smaller oilstone for curved areas and hard-to-reach areas. The recommended grit size is not less than 800. Polishing direction is generally longitudinal, with additional transverse polishing in special areas. This method can check for defects such as deformation, dents, pits, and slip lines.

3. Flexible Sanding: After cleaning the surface of the stamped part, use a flexible sanding mesh to sand along the entire surface longitudinally. This easily reveals defects such as pits and indentations.

4. Oiling Inspection: Clean the surface of the stamped part and apply oil evenly in the same direction with a brush. Inspect the oiled part under strong light, preferably vertically against the vehicle body. This easily reveals minor pits, dents, and ripples.

5. Visual Inspection: Primarily used to detect appearance abnormalities and macroscopic defects in stamped parts, such as cracks, missing material, necking, splitting, tearing, exposed base, rust, burrs, indentations, pits, and scratches.

6. Fixture Inspection: Place the stamped part in a fixture and inspect it according to the fixture's instructions to determine if it meets requirements.
