Drawing a deep sink bowl always challenges the material to wrinkle around the flange. This sink stamping punch die solves that with a draw bead setup that grips the sheet edges tightly as the punch pushes in. The steel moves into the cavity at a controlled rate, so your sink walls stay uniform and there are no thin spots that could crack later.

After drawing, the die trims the flange and punches the drain hole in sequence. The scrap clears away cleanly, and the hole comes out burr-free. That reduces grinding time for your finishing team. The surfaces that touch the stainless steel are polished to lower friction, which prevents ugly scratches on the visible parts of the sink.

The punch bottom is hardened to take constant hydraulic press pressure without deforming. Lifting holes and a standard clamping height let the die drop into your press quickly.
