These moulds form flat sheetmetal into box shapes with precise flanges and mounting holes. The bending stations use V-dies and adjustable backgauges to hold accurate angles. Louver punches create ventilation slots without cracking the surrounding metal. All parts are located by sturdy guide pins to maintain perfect alignment stroke after stroke.

The tool steel inserts are hardened and then surface treated to resist wear from coated steel sheets. A positive stripper system prevents the sheet from sticking to the punches during retraction. Quick-change punch holders allow operators to switch hole sizes in seconds without dismantling the entire mould set, which speeds up batch changes significantly.
For enclosures needing hinge or cable entry holes, optional punching stations can be added to the mould set. Blank holders keep material flat during forming, reducing unwanted warping. With this tooling, a press brake or stamping press can produce consistent enclosure panels ready for welding or final assembly with very little rework.
