Multi-Cavity Battery Housing Mold For Electric Vehicle Modules

Product Details:
The mold cavities are arranged symmetrically to balance pressure and fill evenly when liquid aluminium enters. After solidification, side cores retract automatically, allowing the robot to extract the castings. The tight dimensional tolerance means the housings fit onto the module assembly fixture without extra trimming or filing.

Cooling lines follow the contour of each cavity for rapid heat removal, shortening the cycle time. The mold steel is chosen for thermal fatigue resistance, so it handles thousands of hot-and-cold cycles without cracking. This reliability is critical when you have strict delivery schedules for a new electric vehicle platform.

Preventive maintenance includes greasing ejector pins and checking water connections. Applying a protective spray coating to the cavity surface reduces sticking. With proper care, the battery housing mold remains dimensionally stable over long production runs, helping your factory pass the tight quality audits from automotive manufacturers.
