Using a punch mold correctly is an important factor to ensure product quality and reduce manufacturing costs.
Step 1: First, according to the drawings, determine the size and type of punch mold to be used.
Step 2: Place the mold in the press. Use a wrench to rotate the lead screws to adjust the upper and lower molds to their positions.
Step 3: Fix the workpiece on the positioning device of the press according to the specified position.
Step 4: Set the stroke, pressure and speed according to the material requirements of the workpiece.
Step 5: Finally, press the switch and start pre-molding, forming, and then stripping.
When the above process is completed, check whether the punch mold is in normal condition and whether it is complete. If any problems are observed, the press machine should be stopped immediately; otherwise, the machine should be stopped until the problem is corrected.
