Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Standard stamping parts are shipped about 15-30 days after payment. For customized parts and stamping dies, we will confirm the delivery date with you.
Q: Can you provide some samples?
A: Yes, we can provide stamping parts samples and stock samples for free. Mold and mold accessories samples are not available. Customized samples require payment. Please understand.
Q: Will the stamping dies fit my press?
A: Stamping dies are manufactured to your press specifications. We will send the design to you for approval before we start manufacturing the die parts.
Q: How to solve the problem of product quality?
All products will be tested by the QC department before shipment, and an inspection report will be issued. We are ready to accept your inspection and testing at any time. Generally, the mold quality has been confirmed before the product leaves the factory. If there is any quality problem, please contact us immediately and take a photo. We will check again and reply in time, and actively cooperate to deal with it.
