LPG has a pressure of 0.8 mpa at 20 ° C and 1.59 mpa at 40 ° C. If the volume of liquefied gas is constant, the pressure increases by 0.04 mpa for every 1 degree Celsius increase in temperature, so each cylinder can fill only 85%, or 14.5 kg. Do not heat the cylinder with warm water when the tank is empty, as this may cause a physical explosion. Therefore, the liquefied gas tank must be selected to have the relevant manufacturing qualification manufacturers to produce or use qualified products.
Storage method:
1, the liquefied gas bottle shall not be stored in the living room and public places, to prevent exposure in the high temperature and hot sun, the environment shall not exceed 35℃;
2. Before changing the gas, carefully check whether the sealing ring at the front end of the pressure reducing valve is in good condition. If lost, broken or skewed, it should be used with a good sealing ring. The distance between the gas tank and the stove should be 1-1.5 meters, and the rubber hose can not pass through the floor or wall;
3. The air of the place where the liquefied gas bottle is used should be circulated. It is strictly prohibited to mix the liquefied gas cylinder with the electric furnace and the briquettes.
4. Always check the pressure reducer valve of liquefied gas cylinder to prevent leakage and avoid being close to heat source;
5, it is forbidden to flow in the indoor guide bottle, the guide bottle is easy to produce static electricity, the overflow gas in the open fire to produce combustion explosion, prohibit the residue of liquefied gas into the trench and toilet, etc.;
6, in the transportation process to prevent collision so as not to cause explosion, the liquefied gas bottle after a period of time to carry out pressure detection;
7, the soapy water brush on the gas tank valve interface, hose and cooker switch, such as bubbliness indicates that the air leakage here, such as found leakage, shall not be detected with open flame;
8, the elderly and the disabled and mental patients had better not use liquefied gas, the use of liquefied gas cylinders to follow the principle of first ignition and then air.
