Selection of material for deep drawing die

2) To have a little resistance to cracking, and wear resistance with DC53, 8566 reinforced type, hardness HRC60-62; These two die steels are not anti-cracking and wear resistant, and the coating effect is good;
3) Wear resistance, can use HRC62-65 hardness of SKH-9, SKH-51, M2, M35, SKH-55, etc.;
4) Powder high speed steel PM4, PM23, PM30, PM60, hardness HRC64-69, wear resistance is determined, but also crack resistance, is a better choice than ordinary high speed steel.
