Occasionally, some customers said to us that they would like to use simple molds to make some deep-drawn samples. From the customer's point of view, we can understand that we hope to produce samples at the lowest cost. However, we do not recommend using simple molds to make samples.

If it's just some flat or simple bending parts, it can really be matched by making simple molds. Because it does not have high requirements for the mold structure, the material of the mold parts does not need to be too concerned. However, it is more difficult to make samples with simple molds for stamping processing involving deep drawing, because the cost of debugging molds may be higher than the saved mold costs, and the quality of the samples obtained is not good. Therefore, we still give priority to direct quotations to customers for mass production molds. If customers have plans for mass production, they will basically agree.
