From the perspective of stamping operations, the workability of this die is not ideal. To explain, the material is loaded into the positioning device of the lower die. The upper die is lowered for drawing. The processed part is ejected from the die while being clamped by the ejector device and the blank holder of the upper die, but the part remains on the die because the blank holder presses the part. The operator needs to take out the part and then load the material into the die. The operator needs to perform two steps, namely inserting the material into the die and taking the part out of the die, which reduces the work efficiency compared to the process of only putting the material ejected from the drawing into the die.
