How are universal casters made?

First of all, the steel plate according to the size of the punch punch sheet, at the same time in the sheet punch out a round hole, the stamped sheet on the punch die, the bracket, brake sheet stamping molding. First put lubricating oil into the bowl shaped disk, and then put the steel ball into it, and then install the bracket on the bowl shaped disk, and then put lubricating oil and steel ball into the bracket. After the steel ball is installed, the baffle and washer are installed. The cylinder of the bowl is fractured by a hydraulic press, and the small bowl is riveted together with the frame. The steel ball will also be sealed in the bracket and the bowl. The rubber is melted in the machine, and the rubber wheel is pressed into a rubber wheel through the mold. The shaft ring is installed in the center hole of the rubber wheel, and the rubber wheel is connected with the bracket with a screw, and the nut is installed. Finally, the caster is tested in the machine, and the caster is ready.

The reasons for mold cracking during metal stamping are as follows:

1. Cutting material is not ideal

No demagnetization scheme, no return tip before manufacturing; In the manufacturing process, broken needle, bullet, yellow and other blocked phenomenon; When the mold is installed, there is no leakage hole, there is no rolling leakage, this is the most common, if the master does not pay attention to the good loading, such as when the feeding hole is many, or when the mold has a protective layer cushion, this situation is most likely to happen.

2. Design scheme processing technology

The die compressive strength is insufficient, the winding interval is too close, the die design is not scientific, the number of template blocks is insufficient, and there is no buffer.

3. Tempering and quenching treatment: poor heat treatment and quenching process will cause deformation. Practical experience shows that the heat treatment quality of the mold is very harmful to the characteristics and service life of the mold. From the analysis of die failure and statistical analysis, it can be seen that the "safety accident" of die failure caused by thermal negligence accounts for about 40%.
